01
Pre-register

Submit your company pre-registration

Corporate access begins with a short pre-registration. Rather than creating an account directly, you send us your company and contact details so our team can review your organization.

Pre-registration form

Open the corporate pre-registration form and provide your company information along with a primary point of contact. There's no account or payment at this stage — just the details we need to verify your organization.

Start pre-registration =>
  1. Company details — legal name, entity type, country of incorporation, tax ID / registration number, and registered address.
  2. Contact person — full name, role, work email, and phone number of the person we should coordinate with.
  3. Your goals — an estimate of the volume of credits you're looking to acquire, and any sustainability or reporting objectives.
02
Validation

We validate your information

Once your pre-registration arrives, the Carbon2O2 team reviews and verifies the details you provided about your company and contact.

Review in progress

Our team validates your company's legal identity and the contact details submitted. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

  1. We confirm your company's legal entity and registration details.
  2. We verify the contact person and their authority to represent the organization.
  3. If anything needs clarifying, we'll reach out by email to the contact you provided.
03
Decision

Approval or request for more information

After validation, you'll receive one of two outcomes by email — an approval, or a request for additional information.

Outcome A

Approved

Your organization is verified and approved. We'll send confirmation and set up your corporate access to the marketplace.

Outcome B

More info requested

We need a few more details or documents to complete verification. Reply to our email with the requested materials and your review resumes.

Approval and information-request emails come from admin@carbon2o2.com. If you don't see them, check your spam folder or contact us.

04
Access

Get your marketplace access

Once approved, your corporate account is activated and you receive access credentials to sign in to the Carbon2O2 marketplace.

  1. You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to set up your sign-in credentials.
  2. Sign in to reach your corporate dashboard, where you can manage your team and purchases.
  3. Your organization now has full marketplace access to browse and acquire verified credits.
05
Transact

Buy and hold verified credits

With marketplace access, your company can purchase verified carbon credits and hold them in digital custody — retiring them on your own schedule when you're ready to claim the offset.

  1. Browse verified projects — filter by project type, methodology, price and verifier.
  2. Purchase at scale — acquire the volume of credits your organization needs. One credit represents one tonne of CO?e.
  3. Hold in custody — keep credits in your corporate account for as long as you need before retiring them.
  4. Retire when ready — retire credits to claim your offset and generate a certificate for your ESG or sustainability reporting.

Unlike individual purchases, corporate credits are not retired automatically — your organization decides when to hold and when to retire, giving you flexibility for planning and reporting cycles.
